Comer Construction, a women-owned site development contractor based in Harford County, Maryland, is an active member of the community. Giving back to our neighbors is just part of who we are. That’s why we were quick to sign up for another year supporting National Night Out in Harford County.

National Night Out is an annual event designed to bring communities together and promote police-community partnerships. It’s celebrated on the first Tuesday in August across the country. The Harford County Sheriff’s office and Sheriff Jeffrey R. Gahler (pictured in Comer equipment) hosted National Night Out 2022 at the Harford County Equestrian Center on Tollgate Road on August 2, 2022.

We had a wonderful turnout and helped everyone cool off with snowballs. Kids who visited with Comer Construction enjoyed climbing on our equipment, playing in the sand, and a variety of giveaways. Check out the photos below.

The Baltimore Sun posted a great recap of the event. Make sure you follow our Facebook page to get details on Comer Construction and other Touch a Truck opportunities in the future.
