Senior Estimator
Responsible for overseeing the estimating process for all projects bid and awarded and will establish standardized procedures, methods, and processes for estimating and training estimating resources in the use of the same.
Utility Foreman
Responsible for the day-to-day supervision and oversight of assigned workers and safe, efficient and timely completion of assigned projects.
Construction Project Administrator
Responsible for providing administrative support to the project team, maintaining project records, and ensuring that project schedules and deadlines are met.
Junior Estimator
Responsible for providing support to Estimators in quantity of take-off, estimating software, reading plans and specs and bidding.
Diesel Truck Mechanic
Responsible for performing various heavy equipment, diesel and truck repair and routine maintenance.
CDL Driver – Lowboy
Responsible for loading, transporting and unloading equipment and materials to and from various job sites using tractor-trailers (low-boy).
Foreman
The foreman is responsible for the day-to-day supervision and oversight of assigned workers and safe, efficient and timely completion of assigned projects.
Estimator
Comer Construction is seeking a full-time Estimator with at least 3 years’ experience. Applicant to be responsible for preparing complete and responsive bid proposals.
Fuel Truck Driver
Comer Construction is seeking a full-time Fuel Truck Driver with a least one-year experience in loading, transporting and unloading fuel and other construction related material as needed to and from various job sites.
Flagger
Flagger to direct traffic around our job sites. The candidate will be diligent in directing the traffic in order to maintain the safety of our employees and the public, dependable and have a positive attitude. Training is provided. Work outdoors.
Traffic Manager/Controller
The Traffic controller is responsible for placing, maintaining, and removing traffic control operations. Must have valid drivers license with clean driving record.
Pipelayer
Performs pipe installations. Works with a variety of air, electric, and gas powered tools, as well as a variety of hand tools. Works outside year round.
Laborer (Entry Level)
Assists pipelayers and others in performing duties required in construction and related tasks. This is an entry-level position.
Heavy Equipment Operator
Performs general site development activities operating heavy equipment including, but not limited to, bulldozers, backhoes, loaders, end dumps, graders, scrapers and excavators.
CDL Truck Driver
Responsible for loading, transporting and unloading stone, asphalt, dirt and other materials and items to and from various job sites.
Hydrovac Operator
Full-time Hydrovac Operator with a CDL Class A or B license and at least three years’ experience in hydro excavation to be responsible for operating and driving our specialized on-board hydro-vacuum system.
