The Promise Project, a $166 million development initiative of the Greater Baltimore Medical Center, encompasses two significant jobs: The Louis and Phyllis Friedman Building and new main entrance, as well as the Sandra R. Berman Pavilion, the new home of the Sandra and Malcolm Berman Cancer Institute.

Comer Construction is handling curb, gutter, sidewalk and road work for both jobs, as well as utilities, grading, and material haul-off.

The new three-story Louis and Phyllis Friedman Building will feature two acute care units and advanced technology for medical teams, patients, and their families. It will also serve as a stunning new main entrance for the GBMC.

The Sandra R. Berman Pavilion is designed to consolidate cancer care services and increase convenience for oncology patients. Comer Construction is proud to contribute to the development of projects like these that provide such vital services to the region.
